Realisierte Aktiengewinne und Arbeitslosengeld

Wenn man nebenbei in Aktien investiert und ab und zu seine Aktien verkauft und wieder neu reinvestiert und somit im Monat einen Gewinn von paar Hundert Euro realisiert muss dies dem AMS mitgeteilt werden und gilt es schon als Grund das Arbeitslosengeld einzustellen wenn man einen Gewinn über der Geringfügigkeits-Grenze erzielt?

Ich bin mir hier nicht ganz sicher da es sich nicht um Day trading handelt und man ja damit auch Verluste erzielen kann(in einem Monat mal so in anderem wiederum anders) und weil man auch nicht Schenkungen oder Gewinne im Casino dem AMS melden muss. Leider habe ich dazu nirgendwo etwas gefunden und im Deutschen Recht zählt das zum Beispiel nicht dazu.

Man wird diesbezüglich auch nicht wirklich was finden, da sich die Zuverdienstgrenze auf Erwerbstätigkeiten bezieht. Also müsstest Du schon Börsenhändler oder sowas sein, was über das private Investieren hinausgehen würde.
