Refuse umgang mit meiner kind

Hello,

Iam living outside austria.
My wife and child (6) lives in Vienna and she (wife) filed for contested divorce.

In the meantime iam not allowed to see/visit my child.
As court takes time and my wife is not willing to change or find a solution i like to get info how to go forward with this matter:

1) Should i go to something like jugenambt or
2) Go to court for the umgang alone

When you living outside of austria , how do you visit your child?
That`s really not easy.

You must go to austria for a visit - in vienna.

But.......

I think your wife knows - and had a reason, when she not aczept - that you see our child

Go to the jugendambt and try it.
