I would be grateful for some indication on the Regulations and Guidelines applicable to Immobilienverwaltung. What obligations does a real estate administrator (Immobilienverwalter)have regarding reporting to the real estate owner and representing his/hers interests? I seem to be having problems finding this information on the Net. The real estate in question is located in Vienna. Response in english or german will be welcome.
