OAMTC also force customer to pay membership fee when I said I don't need it ,very terrible

Hi,
When I ask for Austria law consultation, they also rejected to answer due to German language, it seems like people speak different languages then they can not protect by law , that is not correct!

That kind parking lot doesn't mention about anything to customers, now they asked me to pay 80 Euro.
The Mperis has cafe shop ,people would like to spend time there ,why supermarket corporate with Parkdepot like this?! Supermarket should allow customers stay there as long as possible
